• Ohio Cities and Villages Sue the State of Ohio over Wireless Antenna Law: More than 50 cities and villages across Ohio have taken the State to court over Senate Bill 331, which permits "wireless service providers to attach "micro-wireless" equipment —such as antennas and boxes — to traffic lights, utility poles, street signs and other structures in public right-of-ways without consent or regulation from local governments."
